- 5,000 to 30,000 sq ft.
- 400A to 1,200A three-phase service already at the building.
- Approximately 100 to 400 light fixtures installed.
- Rooms, racking, air handling and distribution, and environmental controls intact.
- Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside, and Kern counties, including Long Beach, the high desert, Palm Springs, Coachella Valley, and California City.
- Cash buyer or long-term tenant, either.
Commercial and industrial property only. Not a residential listing.
